for consultants and agencies

You put the AI in. We measure what it did.

You install the agents, write the skills, wire the connectors. Then the client asks what they got for it, and the honest answer is usually a shrug. Botzone builds the measurement layer you put on top: what it costs, whether it is still right, whether it is safe, and what it actually produced.

You keep the client relationship. You set the client price. We do not sell around you.

start here

Does your client buy tokens, or seats?

This one question decides everything, and it is worth asking before the first call rather than after the proposal. We learned it the expensive way.

tokens

They call an API, and the bill moves every month

You built something. It runs on Anthropic, OpenAI or Gemini keys. Spend is variable, nobody can say which feature caused it, and it grew again last month.

Cost fits. Watch fits if they expose an MCP server.

seats

They bought licences, and the bill is already known

Claude Team, Copilot or ChatGPT Enterprise, with connectors into Microsoft 365. The invoice is flat and predictable. There is no variable spend to attribute, so a cost tool has nothing to say.

Cost does not fit. Ledger is being built for exactly this, and is not ready yet.

Most small and mid-sized firms are on seats. Most teams who have shipped something they wrote themselves are on tokens. A single client is often both, in different departments.

what you can put in front of a client

Four things, and two of them exist today.

Stated plainly, because you are the one who has to stand over it in front of your client.

Watch

Live

Fits: Regulated clients, and anyone whose customer has a security questionnaire

Grades a public MCP server A to F against the OWASP Agentic Top 10 and NIST IR 8596, and goes deeper under signed authorisation. The output is a report your client forwards to their own customer's security team. You cannot self-certify your own build, which is the point: the independence is the product.

Cost

Beta

Fits: Clients on tokens, spending roughly EUR 2,000 a month or more

Wraps their Anthropic, OpenAI or Gemini client with one line per route and attributes every euro to a route, feature or agent. Then it replays their real traffic against a cheaper model and only recommends the switch once an independent judge agrees on 95% of answers. It recommends; a person applies it.

Ledger

Being built

Fits: Clients on seats, where the buyer is not technical

A monthly report read from the client's Microsoft 365 tenant under admin-granted read access. It reconstructs what the AI actually produced, attributes it to projects, and reports volume, time displaced and unit cost. It is the answer to "what did we get for all this" from someone who will never open a dashboard. Not finished, and not sellable yet.

Eval

In development

Fits: Clients where a wrong answer costs something

Turns a system prompt into a test suite, then scores real production output against it daily and reports which check started failing. It needs access to output the agent already saved, not the API path, so it reaches clients Cost cannot. None of it is built.

how the commercial side works

You are the vendor. We are your supplier.

  • You set the client price. We invoice you, you invoice the client. Your margin is your business and we do not publish it.
  • No exclusivity, and no white-labelling by default. The product stays branded. If a client needs it inside your own portal, that is a conversation, not a policy.
  • We do not sell around you. A client you introduce is yours. If they come to us directly later, that is a transition we agree with you, not behind you.
  • Terms are agreed per partner. There is no rate card on this page on purpose. A published number would let your client price-check you, which helps nobody.

Tell us what you deploy and who you deploy it for.

That is enough to work out which of these is worth your time, and which is not. If none of them fits your client base, we will say so.

Botzone is a small operation. You will be dealing with the person who builds it.
